Purchase Terms Agreement

By making an in-app purchase in the Dabble Word Games + Spin (“Dabble”) app, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This agreement covers both subscription-based purchases and one-time purchases. Please read these terms carefully before proceeding with any purchase.

Types of In-App Purchases

Dabble offers the following types of in-app purchases:

  • Subscriptions: Recurring payments that provide access to content or features for a specified period, e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annually.
  • One-Time Purchases: Payments that grant access to specified features, content, or services either permanently or for a fixed period. One-time purchases do not require future payments.

Subscription Management

Subscription Terms
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • Billing occurs through Apple’s App Store, and payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Upgrades and Downgrades
  • Upgrades take effect immediately, and any remaining time on the current subscription may be prorated or credited.
  • Downgrades will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Managing Subscriptions

You can manage your subscription, including canceling or changing plans, via your Apple ID account settings.

Family Sharing and Subscriptions

If a subscription is shared with you through Family Sharing, purchasing your own identical subscription will override the shared version.

One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases grant access to specified features, content, or services either permanently or for a specified duration. Once a one-time purchase is made, it is linked to your Apple ID and cannot be transferred to another Apple ID.

Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall the app or change devices, you can restore your one-time purchases through the Restore Purchases option within the app. This feature is only available for purchases made with the same Apple ID.

Billing and Payment

Payment Requirements

A valid payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card, or other supported payment methods) must be associated with your Apple ID.

Payment Timing

Payment for subscriptions is charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. One-time purchases are charged at the point of sale.

Auto-Renewal for Subscriptions

Subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default. To cancel, you must disable auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

Refund Policy

All in-app purchases, including subscriptions and one-time purchases, are final and non-refundable. If you cancel a subscription, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period, but there will be no refund for unused time.

Free Trials and Promotional Offers

Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, its duration and terms will be specified at the time of sign-up. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited if a subscription is purchased before the trial ends.

Promotional Pricing

Any promotional pricing for subscriptions is valid for the specified period. After the promotional period ends, the subscription will be renewed at the standard price.

Changes to Pricing and Features

Price Changes

We reserves the right to change subscription pricing or features at any time. You will be notified of any changes that affect your subscriptions.

Feature Updates

We may update or modify the features available under a subscription or one-time purchase. These updates do not entitle the user to a refund.

Restoring Purchases

If you believe you are entitled to a past one-time purchase or subscription product, you can restore your past purchases by using the Restore Purchases function in the app. This function allows you to regain access to your purchased content if you reinstall the app or switch devices.

Restoration is only available for purchases made with the same Apple ID. Purchases made with a different Apple ID cannot be restored.

User Responsibilities

Managing Payment Information

It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method your Apple ID account settings is up to date and has sufficient funds for recurring charges.

Subscription Monitoring

To avoid interruption in your subscriptions, you should regularly monitor your subscription status and make necessary changes such as updating payment information in your Apple ID account settings.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of United States of America. Any disputes regarding purchases must be resolved through Apple Support channels.
